Navigating the global changes has not been easy. Over the last few years, I had come that focusing most of my energy on one modality was no longer enough. I needed more. I needed more depth, more balance, more challenge. I turned to a blend of Pilates, yoga, meditation, and strength training to keep me grounded, strong, and sane. Sometimes it’s tricky to figure out the right combination of these elements; to find the proper balance for the highest return both mentally and physically. There wasn’t an in-person one-stop-shop destination that I could visit to crack this code, that I could turn to for guidance on this journey…so I created it. My code is ever-evolving, but I’ve got the combo down. Now let us help you crack yours.
